To be admitted for bachelor in telecommunication all foreign students should have their secondary school certificate and travelling passport with them.
For masters in telecommunication course in Belarus foreign students must present their bachelor degree too with traveling passport copy for eligibility assessment.
HOW ADMISSION PROCESS WORKS FOR STUDYING TELECOMMUNICATION IN BELARUS?
Admission procedure is very easy to follow for foreign students who want to study telecommunication in Belarus.
According to process foreign applicants are required to send by scan their educational transcripts and international passport copies in the Email of admission staff which is written below.
These admission documents copies should be visible and in readable format.
Please note that applicants from India and Pakistan must present their 10+2 certificate for admission at any university in Belarus.

ISSUANCE OF OFFICIAL STUDY INVITATIONS FOR STUDYING TELECOMMUNICATION IN BELARUS
In Belarus official study invitations for foreign students are issued by the migration department and this processing at migration department takes 2 Weeks and once issued invitation is sent to the foreign student as he/she needs it for the Belarus student visa processing.
