ISSUANCE OF OFFICIAL STUDY INVITATIONS FOR STUDYING FINE ARTS IN BELARUS

Once these admission documents are received, the admissions staff assesses the eligibility of the foreign applicant and, within two days, informs them about the assessment results.

Eligible international applicants send their admission fee, while ineligible applicants are asked to scan more supportive educational documents for their admission processing.

Once the admission fee is received, the admissions staff forwards the admission documents to the migration department for the approval of an official study invitation, which is required by every foreign applicant for his or her Belarus student visa issuance.

This official study invitations issuance process at the migration department takes two weeks to be completed, and the official study invitations are sent to the international applicants.

Applicants from Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt are required to obtain their Belarus student visa before arrival, as the embassies of Belarus are located in these countries.

All Asian and African nationals are issued a Belarus student visa on arrival at Minsk International Airport with an official study invitation and an OK TO BOARD letter for departure from the country’s airport.
