The admissions staff assesses the eligibility of the foreign applicants within 1-2 days and notifies them by email.
There is no language test required for admission to any Belarusian university.
Eligible foreign applicants are required to send their admission fee and scan the receipt to the email of the admissions office for their records.
WHERE ARE OFFICIAL STUDY INVITATIONS PROCESSED?
In other countries of Europe, admissions are approved by universities and colleges, but in Belarus, the system is quite different, and the admissions for foreign applicants are approved by the migration department only.
Once the admission fee slip is received by the admissions staff, their admission documents are forwarded to the migration department for the issuance of an official study invitation.
This issuance process takes two weeks, and the original study invitation is handed over to the admissions staff.
The admissions staff sends this official study invitation to the applicant as he or she requires it for his or her Belarus student visa processing.
HOW TO OBTAIN A BELARUSIAN STUDENT VISA?
For 90% of countries on the African and Asian continents, a Belarus student visa is issued on arrival with the help of an official study invitation and an OK TO BOARD for departure from the country’s airport.
The visa is stamped at Minsk International Airport for 110 dollars.
Some countries have Belarusian embassies, so their nationals obtain the Belarus student visa before arrival; these few countries are Pakistan, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, India, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria.
