According to admission procedure all foreign students who want to study an undergraduate course in Physics may scan their secondary school certificate copy in the Email of admission office.
They should also scan their international passport copy along with educational certificates.
To study masters in Belarus foreign applicants are required to scan their bachelor degree copy too no matter they earned that bachelor degree from Belarus or abroad.
Admission staff once received the admission documents start the assessment process which is c completed within 2 Days of time.
All eligible or ineligible applicants are informed by Email for their admission.
Eligible applicants are required to send their admission fee and scan the fee transfer receipt in the same Email of admission office which they used to send their admission documents.
Those foreign applicants who are not found eligible are asked to scan more academic transcripts if required for the completion of their admission process.
WHO ISSUES THE OFFICIAL STUDY INVITATIONS FOR STUDYING IN BELARUS?
All official study invitations for foreign applicants are processed at migration department and this process takes 2 Weeks of time.
Once admission fee is received,Admission documents are forwarded to the migration department for the approval of official study invitation which is required by all applicants for their Belarus student visa processing.
Once invitation is issued,Admission staff send it to the applicant for his/her Belarus study visa processing.
HOW TO OBTAIN BELARUS STUDENT VISA?
Belarus student visa is issued on arrival for the most countries with the help of official study invitation and OK TO BOARD for departure from country airport.
Some countries are having Belarus Embassies at their territories and their nationals obtain Belarus study visa before arrival.These countries are Nigeria,India,Pakistan,Egypt and United Arab Emirates.
