HOW DO I SEND ADMISSION DOCUMENTS TO BELARUS?
Foreign students may not use time-consuming and expensive courier services to send their admission documents to the admissions office for an eligibility assessment.
The admissions office accepts copies of the documents by scanning them into their email.
These copies should be quite visible and in a readable format, and along with educational documents, foreign applicants are also required to scan their travel passport copy.
HOW TO BE ADMITTED?
Once the admission documents are received, the admissions staff assesses these documents within two days, and after assessment, they notify all foreign applicants by email.
Eligible international applicants are required to transfer their admission fee, and after the transfer, they are required to scan the fee slip to the email of the admissions staff.
Those foreign students who are not found eligible due to some academic reasons are asked to scan more documents for the completion of their admission process.
WHO APPROVES THE OFFICIAL STUDY INVITATIONS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS IN BELARUS?
In Belarus, the admissions for foreign students are fully supervised by the migration department, and only this department approves the official study invitations for studying in Belarus.
Once the admission fee slip is received, the admissions staff forwards the documents to the migration department for the approval of an official study invitation, which enables all foreign students to study and also their Belarus student visa processing.
