How do I send the admission documents to the admissions office?

The admissions staff accepts scanned copies of admission documents for eligibility assessment in their email box.

ELIGIBLE FOREIGN APPLICANTS 

After assessment, the admissions office sends an email to all foreign applicants and informs them about their admission possibility.

PROCESSING OF OFFICIAL STUDY INVITATION 

Once the admission fee is received by the admissions office, they forward the admission documents to the migration department, as in Belarus, only the migration department is the authority for the approval of Belarusian study invitations for foreign nationals.

This invitation is required for the processing of Belarus student visas for foreign nationals, no matter whether they obtain Belarus student visas on arrival or before arrival.

The nationals of Nigeria, Egypt, India, Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Pakistan must obtain their Belarus student visas before arrival.

The rest of the foreign nationals are issued Belarus student visas on arrival.
